Our custom pergolas are manufactured by Countryside Woodcraft outside Nashville, TN. As our flagship product, we will be offering new styles and options on a regular basis. Treated Pine Pergola Options & Terms

PLEASE SPECIFY STYLE: Flat Top, Arch

1. Kits are picked up at dealer or manufacturer

2. For Double Roof on Flat top add 10%

3. Heavy Duty Lattice on sides add $1.45 sq. ft.

4. Pressure Treated floor add $4 sq. ft. Railing $8 a ft.

5. Clear, tinted or white roof panels $3.25 sq. ft.

6. Water sealed Add 10% / Toner stain 15% / Custom color stain 20%

7. Standard post height for sizes 10 ft wide is 8 ft./ For 10 ft. post $25 ea.

8. For sizes 12 ft wide posts are standard 10 ft.

9. Anchored posts: L brackets $15 ea./ box brackets $25 ea.

Vinyl Pergola Options & Terms

All options and terms are the same as the Treated Pine units except the following:

1. Flat top only

2. For double roof on flat top add 20%

3. For lifetime trek deck floor add $8 sq. ft.

4. For railing add $20 a ft.

5. For heavy duty lattice add $3.25 sq. ft.

Cedar Pergola Options & Terms

All options and terms are the same as the Treated Pine units except the following:

1. For double roof on flat top add 12%

2. Heavy duty lattice on sides $2.75 sq. ft

3. Pressure treated floor add $4 sq. ft.

4. Railing add $16 a ft.
